Mai Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mai AI copywriter software (the "Software"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Software.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software solely for your own internal business purposes.

Restrictions

You may not: (i) modify or create derivative works based on the Software; (ii) distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend or rent the Software; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software; (iv) use the Software for any purpose other than as expressly permitted in these Terms; or (v) use the Software for use in illegal or immoral activities such as gambling, pornography, or other activities that are deemed to be unethical.

Intellectual Property Rights

Mai and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. You acknowledge that the Software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Singapore and foreign countries. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Singapore for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Software.

Changes to These Terms

Mai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes that materially affect your rights under these Terms we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days prior to such changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Software after such changes take effect will constitute acceptance of such changes.
